Ethic Merrow V2 Fork SCS/HIC - Transparent Red
In order to create the merrow fork, we used 7075 T4/T6 forged aluminum alloy which the strongest existing aluminum alloys. It is generally used to answer to extreme pressures and forces.
As the extreme strength of that alloy makes it impossible to weld, the fork is forged into one single piece of aluminum, then treated to limit the number of weak points of the part.
The use of that very strong material allowed us to dig into the alloy in order to make it as light as possible. With only 218g, it is today the lightest scooter fork on earth.
Merrow integrates steel spacers for a more durable rolling, and a headset ring to make it easier to mount on decks with integrated headsets.
