Return Process

  Ensure your skates have not been used outdoors, show no signs of grinding or wear, and include all original tags and hardware.

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Return/Exchange' option next to your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Securely

  Place the items back in their original manufacturer box and pack them inside a separate shipping carton to protect the product during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for confirmation.
